Faith’s Law is an Illinois law designed to prevent educator sexual misconduct in K-12 schools by requiring clear definitions, professional conduct policies, training, and mandatory reporting. It also strengthens hiring practices and mandates parent notification when allegations arise, aiming to protect students and hold school personnel accountable.
As part of onboarding, employees must submit a Certificate of Freedom from Communicable Disease and a Standard Employee Medical Examination Record, both completed by a licensed healthcare provider.
